Any prize $1,000 and under will be paid directly into your MyLotto account. Your winning ticket can be viewed at any time in “My Tickets”.
To claim a prize of $1,001 or more, your nominated bank account must be confirmed. We also need you to provide up to date contact details should we require to talk to you regarding your prize.
If you need to change the bank account number for your prize payment, you will need to send in a deposit slip or bank statement confirming the new account. Please note that processing your prize payment may take up to five days from the day we receive your claim.
Follow the steps below to claim your prize:
Login > My Account > My Tickets > Select the winning ticket > Claim Prize > Submit

You must be logged in to make prize claims.
Click on the My Account tab and select the My Tickets option from the left hand side navigation menu.
Or
Click on the ‘You’ve Won’ button which will take you to a screen outlining your prize win details.
Select the ticket with the winning outcome by clicking on the ticket to view full details.
The ticket should show all your matching numbers circled and a 'Claim Prize' button on the top right.
Click on the 'Claim Prize' button and you'll be taken to a screen outlining your prize win details.
When you have filled in and submitted the online claim form, all monetary prizes will be paid directly into your nominated bank account after the form has been processed. We will contact you directly regarding the options for non-monetary prizes (eg cars or travel prizes).
