All your personal details, game and account preference settings are held in the My Profile area of your MyLotto account. You can update this information at any time.

Any change to the details in this section will require you to enter your password to confirm the change. Read all instructions carefully when updating any of your profile details.
Follow the steps below to change any of your details:
Login > My Account > My Profile > Select what to change > Enter your password > Confirm

You must be logged in to view or change your details.
Click on the My Account tab, this will take you to your account summary page.
Select the My Profile option from the left hand navigation menu. This will take you to the My Profile home page which contains all your personal details including name, address, contact details and the setting for the MyLotto Step by Step help as well as access to other profile information.

Any change to the details on this page will require you to enter your password to confirm the change. We rely on the information you provide to contact you for account administration, other communications that you have opted in for and to let you know if you win. So it is very important to keep this information accurate and up to date.
If you update your email address, just like during registration we will send you an activation link to your new email address to confirm we have the correct one. This step is important because your email address is your user name and our primary contact for you. This helps us make sure we can reach you and also ensures private information, such as a temporary password if you have forgotten your password, is not sent to someone else who can then access your account.
Please note, until your email address is confirmed via the activation link, you will not be able to use your account.
Your bank account number can be changed as long as there are no outstanding prize claims and payments being processed. For your security, once the bank account number change has been confirmed by entering in your password, no further prize claims or fund withdrawals will be allowed until the new account number is verified by MyLotto Customer Support.
The bank account must be in your own name. To verify your new account number, you must send us a deposit slip or bank statement. This change may take up to five working days to process after we receive your documents.
Please note that all documents must have your ten digit MyLotto customer account number clearly written on them. This number can be found on the Bank Account screen within the My Account section. Documents without your unique ten digit customer account number will not contain enough information for us to match to your account, and may not be processed.

This is where your security questions can be changed. Security questions are used if you forget your password and go through the forgotten password process. Please make sure you choose questions and answers that are not easily guessed and that you can remember.
This part of My Profile allows you to change your MyLotto account password. Your password is very important to the security of your account. Ensure your new password cannot be easily guessed. Do not share your password with anyone else to avoid misuse and abuse of your account.
MyLotto promotes safe and responsible play of our games online by allowing you to set your own spending limits to a level you are comfortable with.
If you set your own weekly or monthly limit and later wish to change it, you must wait until the end of the calendar month or week for the new limit to take effect.
