• Keno’s ten most frequent numbers are currently 12, 33, 45, 65, 32, 78, 58, 18, 40 and 02. Though this changes daily!
• Four prizes of $500,000 have been won in Keno’s history. The most recent was on 21 May 2007 when two prizes of $500,000 were won by the same player, who mistakenly bought two tickets with the same numbers.
• If you choose to play 10 numbers in a Keno draw and none are drawn, you win a prize!
• Keno’s first draw was on 31 October 1994. The numbers were 2, 6, 7, 14, 26, 27, 29, 34, 35, 37, 43, 45, 47, 49, 50, 53, 60, 61, 70, 80.
• Keno has been drawn twice a day since 10 May 2004. The draws take place at 1pm and 6pm daily and are televised on TV2 at 1.50pm and 6.50pm. The only days Keno draws don't take place are Good Friday and Christmas Day.
• On average, one major prize is won each week by Keno players.
• Results of the Keno draws are televised on TV 2 at 1.50pm and 6.50pm. You can also check the results on Teletex, in-store, in the newspaper, or on our website.
• To play Keno you simply choose up to 10 of your favourite numbers. Each day at 1pm and 6pm, 20 numbers are drawn from a total of 80.
